Three kinds of starting point

Whatever stage you're at, the goal stays the same: software that does its job and keeps doing it.

  • Organizations

You already run on processes. We build software that respects them: portals, internal tools and dependable links between the systems you rely on.

  • Entrepreneurs

You have an idea and need a first version people can actually use, with room to grow once they start using it.

  • Private clients

You have one clear need, such as a personal site, a booking flow or a small app, and you want it done properly.

  • Websites

Sites that answer the visitor's question before they think to ask it.

Structured around what people come looking for, quick on any device, and set up so your team can edit pages without calling a developer.

    • Company sites
    • Personal sites
    • Landing pages
  • Web applications

Software people sign in to and get real work done.

Portals, booking and ordering systems, dashboards and internal tools, with careful attention to permissions, data accuracy and the screens used most often.

    • Client portals
    • Admin dashboards
    • Internal tools
  • Mobile applications

Apps that fit a thumb and a busy day.

Clear navigation for short, interrupted sessions, backed by services that keep the app and any web version showing the same information.

    • Customer apps
    • Staff apps
    • Companion apps
  • Digital platforms

Places where different users meet, each seeing what they should.

Membership services, marketplaces and multi-role systems, planned so roles, permissions and data flow hold up as the platform grows.

    • Memberships
    • Marketplaces
    • Multi-role access
  • APIs

Connections other software can depend on.

Predictable endpoints, sensible access control and documentation clear enough for another developer to pick up and use.

    • Custom APIs
    • Third-party connections
    • Documentation
  • Automation tools

Small machines for the jobs nobody should do by hand.

Scheduled tasks, data syncing, report generation and notifications that run the same way every time and free up someone's week.

    • Data syncing
    • Scheduled jobs
    • Reports and alerts
  • Need more than one of these? Most projects do.

    Talk it through with us

The route from first call to running system

Four stages, each ending in something you can see and respond to before the next begins.

  1. Hear it out

We start with a conversation about the problem, the people involved and what a good result looks like for you.

  2. Chart it

The conversation becomes a written plan: features, screens, data, integrations, and the order to build them in.

  3. Make it

Design and development move together in reviewable steps, so you see working software early and it's tested as it grows.

  4. Keep it running

After launch we monitor, maintain and improve, so the system keeps pace with your users and your plans.

Release is a milestone, not a finish line

Software lives in a changing world of new browser versions, new devices and new needs. Meta Rho stays involved after launch.

  • Maintenance

Updates, fixes and routine upkeep that keep your system secure and current.

  • Technical support

Help from people who know your code when something needs attention.

  • System improvements

New features, refinements and speed-ups as your requirements evolve.

Screens people understand on first use

  • Responsive layouts that work on any screen size
  • Accessible, keyboard-friendly components

Questions people ask first

Anything else, ask in your project note or write to office@metarho.com.

Do you take on individuals, or only companies?

Both. Meta Rho works with organizations, entrepreneurs and private clients. What matters most is a clear picture of what the software needs to do.

Can you work on software that already exists?

Yes. Maintenance, technical support and system improvements are a core part of what we do. Describe your current setup and we'll talk through what's involved.

Do I need a detailed specification first?

No. Turning a rough idea into a written plan is the "Chart it" stage. A few sentences about the problem you want solved are enough to start.

Can one project cover a website, an app and an API?

Often it should. Those pieces usually share data and user accounts, so planning them together saves rework later.

What happens when I use the project form?

The form doesn't send anything by itself. It opens an email draft to office@metarho.com in your own email app, with your answers filled in. You review it and press send.
